Contribution Received Notification Emails - Not being triggered

I have the setting for Notifications = ON, for:
"When someone contributes Receive an email every time someone contributes"
But yet, I have not receive any emails regarding contribution alerts. Accept for one, and that contributor left a comment, so maybe that triggered an email. Not sure. Either way, having to log in or go to the page to check totals is tedious. Please advise if there is a glitch or issue that needs resolved.

Contribution emails are sent to the creator every time someone contributes if the notifications are ON.
Sometimes email notification aren’t delivered if:
a) the destination inbox is full
b) the destination email server refuses the incoming menssage
c) the message is blocked by agressive anti-spam policies on the destination server (though our email sender has a 96% delivery rate and confidence)
d) the destination server takes to long to accept the incoming message
The email sender tries to send the message and if it fails after 3 attempts the destination email is supressed from the delivery list.

Can you please tell us what is your fundraiser’s page number and what is your email so we can futher investigate?
