There are a number of reasons why you may be having trouble contributing towards a shareagift page. Please follow these instructions to overcome the issue.
- Contact the page administrator and make sure they have verified their email address with Paypal. If they have not then no one will be able to make any contributions towards their page until they do so.
- Ensure that you are using a broadband connected desktop or laptop and not a mobile device as some users experience problems with internet signal and phone networks blocking payments.
- Make sure you are not trying to contribute via a work or office firewall protected network.
- Ensure that you have entered all the correct PayPal or credit/debit card information.
- Make sure you are using an up to date browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- Try clearing your browser history using the menu options (or keys ctrl+F5 on PC or cmd+F5 on Mac).
